About the Role:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an accredited dental practice. This role offers scope for additional training and promotion into leadership positions based on your skills and interests; with extra rewards and bonuses commensurate with expertise and years of service.

Key Tasks:

  • Follow safety policies and procedures in the health industry.
  • Perform basic office tasks such as scanning, greeting, and filing.
  • Maintain operational areas and amenities.
  • Receive on-the-job training and upskilling to become clinical and administrative workplace leaders.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the business.

Requirements:

  • Interest in dentistry, smiles and healthcare.
  • Seek and maintain stable, ongoing, and long-term employment.
  • Reliable and adaptable with excellent attention to details.
  • For a competitive advantage:
  • Interest in acquiring and/or refining skills in clinical Dental Nursing/Assisting.
  • Passion for undertaking career development and leadership roles.
  • Previous employer references from secretarial, clerical, or clinical roles of more than 3+ years in the same company.

  • RESUME with at least 2 recent work-related referees
