We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.


About The Role


The Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Experience, Risk and Compliance Officer (CCERO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide a range of high-level administrative functions to effectively support the day-to-day running of the office.

Allocation of time between CIO and CCERO is a 50/50 split of total of employed hours.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including effective scheduling, developing and distributing agendas, taking high level minutes, and creating action lists
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks as required by the Senior Leadership team

About You

  • Experience in proactive diary management and providing broad administrative support to C-Level executives and board members
  • High quality customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
  • High degree of professionalism and judgement, including the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all situations
  • Highly developed written, verbal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge and working understanding of disability (preferred)
