We are recruiting staff to work in the Office of the Minister for Health and Wellbeing.
This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting office while making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the South Australian community.
The primary purpose of the Executive Support and Quality Control Officer is to provide a range of efficient administrative support services that contribute to the effective operation of the Minister’s Office.
The Executive Services and Quality Control Officer is required to provide a quality control service for all ministerial correspondence. Ensure correspondence to the Minister is of high quality and provided in a timely manner.
This role will also support the confidential administrative services to the Office of the Minister of Health and Wellbeing, including contributing to the effective planning and coordination of the Minister’s schedule, supporting with parliamentary and cabinet matters, assisting with processing of Freedom of Information requests and providing administrative support throughout the office with incoming phone calls and correspondence.
The ideal applicant may possess the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
High-level communication skills. Excellent attention to detail Ability to prepare clear and concise written documentation. Ability to communicate succinctly and purposefully. Experience in providing high level administration and project support. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Willingness to take direction and learn on the job.
