Administration Assistant/Agent Support

Are you a Passionate Administrator looking at kickstarting your real estate journey with a high performing team? This Agent Support role is crucial to supporting the Director through the administrative sales process.
An average day working as Agent Support can include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting in all aspects of the administration of the pre-list to settlement process as required
- Preparing and processing documents including Form 6s and contracts
- Coordinating marketing activities and bookings for different campaigns
- Providing support to the Director of Place Cleveland in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Providing exceptional customer service to all Clients & Colleagues.
- Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in a similar administration role.
- 12 months’ experience working in the residential real estate industry is desirable.
- Hold a current Queensland Sales Registration Certificate or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, ‘how can I help’ attitude with the ability be to be adaptable to change.
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
