Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our team at Place Estate Agents. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
- Prepare and process documents, including Form 6s and contracts.
- Support our sales functions in an administrative and compliance capacity.
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year working in an administrative or reception position.
- 1 Year experience working in the residential real estate industry is highly regarded but not essential.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with the ability to be adaptable to change.
- Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
