About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our high-performing team at Place Estate Agents. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support throughout the listing to settlement process for residential properties and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including conducting buyer research, handling enquiries, and maintaining our database.
  • Track campaigns, manage schedules, and oversee settlement processes.
  • Produce weekly feedback reports and monitor relevant market trends.
  • Prepare and compile Proposals, including Agent-specific Listing Presentations, Marketing Campaigns, Case Studies, and Listing Documents.
  • Support prospecting activities on prestige properties.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a high-functioning Real Estate EA or Administrative Role.
  • Solution-focused with the ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in database management and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Holds a current QLD Registration Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
