IT Software Solution Sales- Enterprise
180K Base Plus Super Plus Comms OTE 350K
Flexible/ Hybrid/ Remote
Leading Sydney Based IT Consultancy offering an integrated portfolio of services including CRM, Professional Services, Managed Ops, Digital Platforms and Recruitment Acceleration.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop processes to manage the entire sales funnel and post-sales
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Identify areas and opportunities for prospects in all industry sectors and technologies
- Develop and own new prospect relationships
- Develop and negotiate commercially viable deals
- Embrace data, develop and achieve KPI’s
- Collaborate to create strategic Go-To-Market campaigns and work to target specific verticals
About You
- Customer focused
- Min 5 year B2B sales experience
- Adept at making LinkedIn connections/cold calls, researching and qualifying prospects, and closing new deals
- Experience in selling CRM suite solutions
- Account planning and financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Ability to draw on industry news and trends
- Skill in creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, writing proposals, objection handling and negotiating
