JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

As the primary point of contact for Major Transport Infrastructure Authority and its associated projects, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone and email queries, providing timely and relevant information to stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage feedback and concerns, particularly from those living near 24/7 works, ensuring escalation as appropriate. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to think on your feet, and passion for customer service make you the ideal candidate for this exciting role.

Key details

Position: Customer Service Agent

Start Date: Monday 29th April 2024

Weekly Hours: Part-time - 20 - 30 hours per week.

Centre Hours: Rotating roster Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Full availability required)

Additional OTE Incentives

Location: 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne - Hybrid after 1 month of paid training and KPI's met.

Training: 1 week. Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (Full availability required)

WFH Hardware Requirements:

Windows 10 based PC and Monitor or Window 10 Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent. Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on with a reliable internet connection. You will also be required to provide your own headset with a microphone. Please note Apple Mac computers are not compatible with our systems

Exhibits strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with meticulous attention to detail

Displays excellent time management skills, a positive and resilient attitude, and a strong work ethic.
