About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As a Revenue Officer, you’ll assist the Home Care Finance & Operational teams in the provision of accurate, reliable and timely financial & operational services for Mercy Health.
Specific tasks will include the following:
Assist in processing and submitting claims for:
- Home Care Packages (HCP)
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs Community Nursing Program (DVA Nursing)
- Veterans’ Home Care (VHC)
- The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)Assist with client level reconciliation of all funded programs, as required
Assist in the Home Care Package refunds process, ensuring they have occurred in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
Calculating a final unspent balance for HCP client to be refunded to department/client/new provider
Assist with the development and implementation of new processes
Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
