Joining Komatsu Australia as our Regional Service Manager means stepping into a role where your expertise and leadership can make a significant impact. In an industry where excellence is vital and innovation is constant, this position offers a rare chance to lead and shape the future of our Southern Region operations.

The Southern Region encompasses South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. You will be accountable for operational performance and profitability across 8 branches and 160 employees spread throughout these locations. This is no small feat and requires someone who is experienced in managing large multi-site operations.

Role Located: Campbellfield, Victoria

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Experience in a senior management position (7+ years)
  • Industry-specific experience required (Earthmoving, Mining, & Construction Equipment)
  • Strong commercial management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Ability to implement corporate policy
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Decisiveness and effective delegation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
