About the Job

This primary purpose of the role is to support the execution of change deliverables on a Investment Project with an Australian company

This role is expected to work across various delivery methods (both agile and waterfall), working closely with project managers, executive and senior leadership stakeholders. This role may work across multiple projects as part of a broader portfolio of data, information security and technology change.

  • Work closely with executives, sponsors and other stakeholders and provide change management delivery on projects which may cover technology, business change, and people change.
  • Work with the Project Managers, Delivery Leads and organisation change management project leads to provide a portfolio view of business and technology change.
  • Key change management activities may include:
    • Cross delivery stream change impact aggregation and management
    • Assessing change impact for cross stream scope changes
    • Consolidated change management plan including stakeholder management plan (project level view of stakeholders and potential cross stream overlaps)
    • Project level communications plan and execution
    • Identify training / education synergies across delivery streams.
    • Work with sponsors, and other stakeholders to help drive the change outcomes.
    • Assist with identifying the human variables that will impact risk/success and provide support to put in place measurable criteria of those variables.
    • Help identify the key roles and expectations of the sponsors of change, those who implement the changes, and the employee base who must operate in a constantly changing environment.
  • Help building organisational change management knowledge, skill, and competency at business and functional levels through active demonstration on projects.
  • Working across agile, waterfall and lean projects and confidently operating in the respective delivery ceremonies.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Change Management, Project Management, Quality, or related discipline.

Required experience, understanding or credentials including:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in change management associated with culture, behaviour, organisation design and development change initiatives.
  • Previous experience leading change activity for Financial Services focusing on Product Investment Changes.
