About the Opportunity
Working with the Head of Change Management, relevant Program Director, and senior stakeholders, the Senior Change Manager(s) will support the successful delivery of the transformation by leading the change in a program of work. 

Primarily the role will lead the change effort across the relevant program, accountable for overall strategy, plans, sizing, stakeholders management and all phases of planning & delivery.

Specifically you will:

Support with leading the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that are aligned with the program’s goals and timelines. Engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand their needs and concerns and develop customised change management approaches that are tailored to their unique situations. Develop and implement communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of upcoming changes and the reasons behind them. You will have a proven track record of successfully supporting the implementation of change in complex, distributed organisations, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
You are a conceptual thinker, with the ability to use their detailed and extensive understanding of and prior experience with Change models to inform decision-making in identifying and applying appropriate change activities along with an ability to think critically, assessing the effectiveness of the change strategies.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Extensive prior experience as a Senior Change Manager or similar role. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.  A strategic thinker who can anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to ensure that the change program stays on track. The ability to flex, deal with ambiguity, and be the voice of reason and change.
