About The Company

Our client is a well-known cafe in the Melbourne CBD that pays homage to the classic tastes of American post-war era. Offering a range of nostalgic food from the golden age of Americana and ensuring their service is quick and efficeint. 

About The Opportunity

As the Overnight Cafe Supervisor, your primary purpose is to ensure the smooth operation of a cafe from 10 pm - 6 am

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing tills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preparing and serving delicious coffee & food to customers
  • Ensuring the cafe is kept clean, organised and inviting at all times

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 + years experience in hospitality and has worked in an overnight capacity
  • The ability to work efficiently alone and within a team
  • Strong customer service experience skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Barista experience
