Position: Overnight Supervisor at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street

The hotel, located in the heart of the CBD, boasts 244 stylish guest rooms, including 10 spacious suites, a restaurant and bar, a fully equipped gym, and versatile meeting & event spaces.

About the role: As the Overnight Supervisor, your main focus will be on ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the night hours. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling their requests and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Night Manager in overseeing front office operations
  • Maintaining high standards to guarantee guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out
  • Conducting Night Audit responsibilities
  • Maximizing room occupancy and utilizing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel credit policies for payments
  • Participating in the training and development of the overnight team

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar hotel position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
  • A dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences
  • Proven ability to solve problems, handle conflicts, and work effectively under pressure
  • Well-groomed, organized, and composed demeanor
  • Having a valid Australian Driver's license is advantageous
