Key Responsibilities

  • Enhancing and refining the customer service offerings to align with our brand strategies
  • Leading, managing, and expanding a selection of crucial trade accounts
  • Working together with trade applicators, retailers, and home builders
  • Meeting sales, growth, and profit objectives
  • Providing top-notch customer relationship management to enhance service quality and customer loyalty.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in managing accounts, specifically in the building materials market, is preferred.
  • You thrive when working independently and managing your own schedule, but you are also willing to collaborate with your team to ensure the best results for our customers and PPG.
  • Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effortlessly build trust and create a comfortable environment with your friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Your interactions are characterized by openness, honesty, and authenticity.
  • You have a successful track record in establishing new relationships or accounts and expanding existing business.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
