You’ll be responsible for undertaking inbound and outbound call resolution, monitoring work order time frames, and following up on any escalating priority issues. This is a full-time role offering a 12 month contract and temp to perm opportunity.

About you:

  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Call centre/Trade background
    • eg. allocating jobs to contractors, preventative maintenance works
  • Availability Monday - Friday (8am start time)
  • A great team player who is highly motivated and strives to achieve individual and group results
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with the following programs (or ability to learn)
    • SharePoint
    • TEAMS
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • MS Office Suite
  • A motivated and positive attitude
