Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality inbound call experiences for Jones Radiology clinics.
- Interact with patients and referrers to schedule medical imaging appointments.
- Respond to calls and enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring manner.
- Provide exceptional patient and referrer experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, objective questioning, and a passion for helping others.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and previous call centre experience are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigation.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
