The Agile Enablement Practice at Kmart is pivotal in driving transformative change and empowering our teams to excel in the fast-paced landscape of digital retail. Comprised of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise, this practice is committed to advancing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across our organisation.

As a member of our Agile Enablement Practice and Delivery Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the way we deliver digital solutions and experiences to our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on enhancing our reporting, communication, and effective collaboration within the team and across Kmart’s complex technology environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting our Delivery Team with comprehensive project reporting, effective communications, and providing valuable insights to support and improve delivery.

  • Monitoring project progress and performance using Agile tools and techniques, maintaining clear and accurate documentation, and reporting on key metrics.

  • Acting as a central point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identifying and addressing impediments and blockers that may hinder project progress, working proactively to find solutions and facilitate smooth project delivery.Advocating for and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine and optimise Agile processes and practices within the team and organisation.

  • Documenting and building process documentation and frameworks

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator supporting Agile Deliver Teams.  Including an understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in applying Agile principles in project coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, think critically, and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, MS Project and Office 365) and proficiency in using these tools to track and report project progress.
  • Flexibility and openness to change, with a proactive approach to learning and improving Agile practices within the organisation.
