Join the team

Our Workplace Technology Team is dedicated to managing and optimising the technology infrastructure and systems across our many stores, distribution centres and corporate office. They ensure seamless operation of our system, providing essential support and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and robustness of our workplace environment.

As a Project Manager within the team, you will join us at a critical time as we rollout key new system upgrades to our store network and Asia Office locations.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and delivering multiple concurrent IT projects in the Workplace Systems space, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Leading a complex server OS Upgrade to more than 250 stores across Australia an New Zealand.
  • Overseeing network infrastructure design, implementation, and security measures to ensure robust and reliable systems.
  • Utilising project management software and tools (, Microsoft Project, Jira) to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Identifying and resolving project-related issues and risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Coordinating with external vendors, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Working within tight deadlines in a fast-paced Agile environment, to deliver high-quality results.

To be successful in this role you'll have: Significant demonstrated experience in IT project management, with a focus on systems and networks projects.

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering distributed network projects, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experience coordinating and managing the activities of external vendors, locally and offshore.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with different departments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with current IT best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (, Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
  • Previous experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management within IT projects.
