We currently have full-time positions available for suitably qualified **Information Management Coordinator** in a **FULL-TIME** permanent role to join our team to support our business growth and risk management by delivering an industry leading knowledge and information management programme. You will work under pressure, collaborating across multiple teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Coordination of the day-to-day activities of the information and knowledge management support services. Provide consultancy advice on knowledge and information management processes, data retention, support client and management inquiries.
- Maintaining a Knowledge and Information Management programme to support the business growth and risk management activities of the Organisation
- Improving the accessibility and reliability of information and records residing in multiple systems and sources across locations
- Implementing policies, procedures and best practice standards to improve the quality, and efficiency of the information management processes
- Develop KPIs to monitor the success of information management activities and to identify key risks and mitigation required
- Ensure the company IT systems and knowledge sharing tools are setup and organised in a way that right knowledge is shared to the right people in the organisation and is applied in business activities in an efficient way.
- Implementing a knowledge management culture by identifying staff training needs, developing a training programme that would improve collaborative workflow among departments and project teams

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance or Information Systems with a minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Management, Knowledge Management and Global Operations to support an Organisation.
- Strong experience in developing policies and procedures and a deep understanding of an Organisation's risk management framework.
- Strong experience in managing deliverables across locations, delivering challenging KPIs and developing skills of multiple disciplines as per the business demand.
- Experience in 360 degree Stakeholder management and problem solving, and strong negotiation skills.
- Project management experience with an ability to support end-to-end project management of system implementation, data configuration, client acquisition and supplier selection
- Experience in implementing ISO standards and engagement with regulators/auditors are desired
