Objective of the role

Deliver sales on assigned sales targets related to high-tech equipment sales and services in line with the global company solutions strategy, sales plan, margin objective and company ethical standards.  The role could be based either in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand.

About the Role

  • Achieve sales target within the designated portfolio of existing and new clients in Asia Pacific region
  • Identify new leads in the region and build new client partnership, negotiate in accordance to pricing strategy and business ethics
  • Develop and manage a network of agents and distributors to accelerate the business development in the region
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders – customers, prospects, agents, distributors, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders
  • Keep abreast of the technical and market intelligence, provide any report or feedback regarding products

About You

  • Significant 10 years’ experience in high-tech industry and sterilization machinery products sales in various Asian countries
  • Proven sales track record in high valued capital equipment, long-term approach, customized sterilization equipment would be advantageous
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and grow the business
  • Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, distributor partnership would be advantageous
  • Effective communication, influential and presentation skills
