**About the role at Atlassian**

The APAC Enterprise Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving their team of 6-8 Enterprise Development Representative to achieve pipeline quota by delivering qualified sales opportunities to the Enterprise Advocates (Account Executive) organization. In addition, you are responsible for setting an example for the sales organization through team work, strategy, and personal accountability. You will report to the Global Head of Enterprise Development Representatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
