AccountAbility is seeking a part-time administration professional to join our team in the CBD. As a permanent part-time employee, you will work 3 days a week in our stunning high-rise office.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who has had a career in administration and enjoys working in a professional services environment. You will be supporting a team of 10 alongside 2 other support staff, with high levels of document control and meeting minute management.

The successful candidate will have great communication skills, both written and verbal, and previous experience with high levels of document control. You will also need good organisation and accuracy skills, as well as the ability to learn new processes and systems.

We offer a competitive salary package of $75,000 pro rata, as well as flexible days and a good location close to public transport. Our office provides a great working environment, and we offer good training provided to help you grow in your role.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting a team of 10
  • Document control and meeting minute management
  • Preparation of expenses
  • Client liaison
  • General ad-hoc admin and supporting duties
