Payroll Administrator (Casual) - Part-Time (24 Hours)
- Melbourne based
- Immediate start, permanent part-time opportunity
- Payrate Negotiable based on experience
- Monday-Friday part-time role, 24 hours (Wednesday non-negotiable + either 2 full days or split over 4 days)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to assist in the production of timely and accurate weekly and fortnightly payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant Award, Agreement and legislative requirements and providing payroll related advice to employees.
- Undertake weekly and fortnightly payroll processing, including review of timesheets, payroll adjustments and variations.
- Manages the Payroll inboxes, responding to or distributing enquiries as required.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Any other finance and/or business administration duties as directed by the Finance Director.

We are looking for an individual who is self-managed and motivated to succeed with exceptional attention to detail and willingness to support our casual workforce.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and/or payroll, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and issue resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
