The role
The Director of Co-Curricular Performing Arts - Strategy and Operations plays a pivotal role in shaping the K-12 experience across all areas of College life, aligning with and supporting the broader College vision.
The role collaborates closely with the Heads of Co-Curricular Dance, Drama, Language Arts, Music (K -12), Speech and Drama as well as the GMCPA Theatre Manager, to ensure a cohesive and thriving Performing Arts Program.
As a member of the College Executive, the Director of Co-Curricular Performing Arts - Strategy and Operations works in partnership with the Head of Learning Area – Performing Arts, Director of Sport, Head of Extended Learning, the Heads of Dance, the Heads of School and the Campus Manager. Together they are responsible for developing and sustaining a high-quality Co-Curricular Performing Arts program that enriches student life.
The College is seeking a passionate, strong leader with the strategic vision and operational expertise to drive an exceptional Performing Arts offering. The ideal candidate significant experience in managing the administrative complexities of a Performing Arts Program of the scale offered at Pymble. Leadership in this role involves providing professional guidance and support to the Heads of Co-Curricular Performing Arts Team, fostering excellence across all disciplines.
