About the Role

The Director of Performing Arts Strategy and Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the K-12 experience across all areas of College life, aligning with and supporting the broader College vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Heads of Co-Curricular Dance, Drama, Language Arts, Music (K-12), Speech and Drama as well as the GMCPA Theatre Manager, to ensure a cohesive and thriving Performing Arts Program.
  • Develop and sustain a high-quality Co-Curricular Performing Arts program that enriches student life.
  • Provide professional guidance and support to the Heads of Co-Curricular Performing Arts Team, fostering excellence across all disciplines.
  • Lead innovation and change effectively within Co-curricular Performing Arts.
  • Build a shared vision and lead a team committed to improving educational outcomes.
Requirements
  • Willingness to support the ethos and values of the College.
  • A broad understanding of the NESA syllabus as it relates to performing arts and ability to teach.
