- Provide professional guidance and support to the Heads of Co-Curricular Performing Arts Team, fostering excellence across all disciplines.
- Lead innovation and change effectively within Co-curricular Performing Arts.
- Build a shared vision and lead a team committed to improving educational outcomes.
