What does the job look like?
Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Administration and Compliance Coordinator to join our team located in Mackay QLD. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Start times can be flexible and subject to change depending on availability. Key areas:
- Processing driver run sheets/invoices and subcontractor payments.
- Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.
- Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams on a daily basis

- Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
- Previous knowledge within the transport industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
- Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
