Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an administrative professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will provide support to our Operations and Logistics Manager, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across both areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, scanning, maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, and arranging office supplies.
  • Daily data entry of operational quantities.
  • Coordinating village accommodation bookings.
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding.
  • Collating employee timesheets and liaising with payroll.
  • Assisting in the reload facility yard as required.
  • Obtaining quotes and ordering consumables.
  • Arranging delivery dockets and stock takes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to develop logistics coordination procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior site-based administrative experience, preferably in mining or a related field.
  • A high standard of initiative, reliability, attention to detail, and ownership of work area.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in time management and coordinating work with several stakeholders.
  • High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivation and pro-activeness, with an ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively liaise and build working relationships with personnel at all levels.
  • Queensland explosives security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
