About the Role

This role involves processing driver run sheets, uploading PODs, and utilizing SharePoint for administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for communicating with drivers and other teams to ensure that all work is completed on time and meets customer expectations and safety guidelines.

In addition, you will maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance, and provide administrative support to our Operations, Administration, and Support teams on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process driver run sheets and invoices, and make subcontractor payments.
  • Communicate with drivers and other teams to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to customer expectations and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to our Operations, Administration, and Support teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment, and knowledge of the transport industry. You should also have the ability to work autonomously, provide timely, safe, and effective service, and adapt to changing demands and pressures.

Familiarity with Blue Yonder, SAP, and MS Excel would be highly regarded.

Linfox offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
