The Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Roving Clinical Nurse Manager to work across our Residential Aged Care sites as required.
As the Roving Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work in partnership with our site Service Manager’s to ensure high standards of clinical care to our clients, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. This position will lead several large and diverse teams, across various facilities. The Roving CNM provides clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care to clients in a way that reflects Brightwater’s Mission and Values.

This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, covering all our metro Residential Aged Care sites and will require travel to these sites when required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Three years minimum experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent and currently registered with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsLeadership capability and initiative, including an interest in leading and supporting others.Motivation and capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary model.Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsThe capability to liaise, consult and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build successful relationships.Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards, and an-acc fundingExposure to recruitment practices, and an understanding of staff performance management and development processesAvailability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients or their families. It is a requirement of this position to participate in an on-call roster.Evidence of up-to-date flu vaccinationA NDIS Worker Screening Check ClearanceA satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)A WA driver’s licenceIf this sounds like the right role for you, Brightwater offers:
