**About the Role:**

CQUniversity is seeking a skilled Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner to join our academic team as a Clinical Expert Educator, sharing their knowledge and experience with students studying the Master of Paramedic Science (Primary Healthcare Practice).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of clinically relevant skills in our students, focusing on primary healthcare practice.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a small group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical sessions on comprehensive neurological, cardiac, respiratory, limb, and wound management assessments
  • Develop and deliver clinical skills training programs aligned with industry standards
  • Mentor students in clinical settings, providing feedback and guidance
  • Participate in curriculum development and review, ensuring relevance to industry needs

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified Medical Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Professional Registration
  • Relevant work experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
