Competitive Salary
The successful candidate will be offered a salary equivalent to a public health SRN3, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence in nursing leadership. In addition to your base salary, you'll have the opportunity to salary package, which means you can pay less tax and take home more pay.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team at our flagship site in Inglewood. As a CNM, you will work in partnership with the site Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care are maintained, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater's Clinical Governance Framework.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality audits
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Leading by example, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent, with a strong track record of leadership and management experience
- Excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Leadership capability, initiative, and a passion for developing and supporting others
- Motivation and capacity to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary model
- Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement
