We are seeking an experienced Roving Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care teams across various sites. This role requires a qualified and dedicated individual who can promote holistic care, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater's Clinical Governance Framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with site Service Managers to ensure high standards of clinical care, providing clinical leadership and support to health professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading large and diverse teams across multiple facilities
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to team members
  • Fostering a culture that promotes caring, authentic, courageous, and progressive leadership

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • Three years minimum experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Leadership capability, including the ability to motivate and support others
  • Motivation to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary model

This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, Brightwater offers:
