Due to the continued growth and success of our business, we have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Employment Relations expert to join our team, leading our Perth based operations. Reporting to the Head of Advice, this role will see you working with 4-5 direct reports and approximately 50 indirect reports. 

In this exciting role, you'll:

  • Drive, Delight and Deliver: You will work closely with your management team to ensure the broader team “deliver exceptional service during every interaction”. This includes a focus on ensuring department performance deliverables are consistently achieved.
  • Knowledge sharer: You will be a trusted partner to our teams, constantly seeking ways to optimise our service levels, ensuring accurate advice is provided ensuring business and client risk is mitigated.
  • Problem Solver: You will scan the environment looking for ways to improve service delivery and embed data driven reasoned solutions to improve our client's experience.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • People Management experience managing multiple direct reports inspiring people to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
  • Formal qualifications in HR / ER or Law are essential for this role
  • Grit, determination and client focused mindset
