Job Type: Full-Time

Rate: $6-$20 USD per hour

Salary: Base + Commission + Bonuses + Incentives (Uncapped Commission)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in high-ticket sales, specifically with transactions starting from $1,000 USD and above. Candidates must possess fluent communication skills and the ability to engage clearly and effectively with clients, minimizing accent barriers to ensure clarity in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product value to potential clients. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven track record in end-to-end sales of high-ticket items, with experience handling deals of $1,000 USD and above. Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment. Minimum of 10 years of experience in closing sales, showcasing a history of significant transaction management. Strong ability to engage and negotiate with senior executives. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a very strong American accent or minimal accent to ensure clarity and effective communication. Self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed and grow professionally. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting within USA time zones. Extensive sales experience, particularly in high-ticket sales.
