**About the Role**:
We are looking for versatile Sales Development Representatives to prioritize tasks and grow our customer base. When connecting with NHP customers, you will need to shift seamlessly between identifying where we can deliver additional value and coordinate the efforts to fulfill customer growth and retention.

What you will do every day:
Provide administrative, technical, and quantitative support to customers

Foster and maintain ongoing strong relationship with our customers

Promote NHP products offering product guidance with a clear solution to our customer needs.

This role will suit someone who is looking for a long-term career with a growing business.

**To be successful in the position, you will**:

- Enjoy working with a diverse range of customers in a fast-paced environment
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in an internal sales/ sales/ customer service role
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Be proficient in using MS Office suite and CRM software
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, and driven
