ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking someone who will be responsible for the management of a well-established client base in Sydney as well as surrounding regional area’s. In addition, this role will also be responsible for the development of new business and new channel sales opportunities with a strong focus in the residential and commercial market segment. 

WHAT'S INVOLVED:

The role offers a highly organised, focused and energetic individual the opportunity to put their expertise into practice in a responsive and professional organisation striving for “Business Excellence”. Versatility and flexibility will be integral to your success. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Sales growth management
  • Develop and implement strategic plans supporting dealer growth
  • Reporting and general administration
  • Prepare and review yearly call plan
  • Customer service and technical support
  • Project management

 

ABOUT YOU:

There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

  • Successful Sales Growth and Account Management
  • A good understanding of the HVAC industry is preferred but not essential
  • Technical aptitude in understanding customer queries and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Client Management is essential
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • 3-5 years experience in a technical and sales focused role 
  • Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
  • Negotiation skills
  • Planning & business development skills
