About the Role
The client is looking for a proficient SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to assist the migration and testing from a legacy system to SuccessFactors LMS. 
 
Duties

  • Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to balance technical acumen, problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, management and reporting capabilities in SAP success factors talent management learning module
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience with SuccessFactors 
  • Previous Emergency Services experience is highly regarded 
  • Previous experience working on migration and testing projects
