  • Proven track record of successfully implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
