We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their Payroll process needs and the nature of their businesses and help define solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Conduct process analysis and provide leading practice to define future HR processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integrations into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as Finance solutions and external provider such as Tax and Super etc
- Assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients to understand how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements
- Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement
- Lead testing and coordinate testing with the client team and third parties
- Lead and manage the Success Factor support team comprising EC LMS PMGM ONB Conduct WSRs
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations support on at least 1 projects and Experience in working in at least two (2) Support engagements (AMS)
- Australian Payroll and Taxation Knowledge and Knowledge of Payroll Business Processes
- 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and 10-12 Years of overall experience
- Ability to write Functional Specifications for development team and help business with BRS document
- Ability to do Unit Testing and handle User acceptance testing
- Sound knowledge on integration with other SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules along with S/4 Finance
- Work independently to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Solution focusing on the Key Tasks Deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in remote delivery model
- Deliver Configurations as per Configuration Workbook with ZERO Defects
- Testing Support and Issue & Defect Resolution
Cut Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan & Checklist
