Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Change Management Specialist to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in their SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.

About the Role:

As the Change and Training Lead, you will be responsible for leading the change management and training efforts for the implementation of a full suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including recruiting, onboarding, employee central, payroll, succession and development, and learning and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a seamless transition for the organization
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including user guides, job aids, and video recordings
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner and subject matter experts to document any deviations from standard SuccessFactors functionality
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users during the implementation and beyond
  • Demonstrate strong project management and communication skills to keep the project on track

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, change management, and training content creation
  • Proven ability to create high-quality training content
  • Extensive knowledge on change management methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using tools like EnableNow for training content development is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment
