Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure a seamless transition for the organization
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including user guides, job aids, and video recordings
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner and subject matter experts to document any deviations from standard SuccessFactors functionality

Requirements
