About the role:

Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, you will be a point of contact for all employees across the Group on payroll related enquiries. In addition, this position provides administration support to the Payroll Specialists, providing data processing for the execution of payrolls and record maintenance for our vendor payments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support managers and employees in non-complex payroll queries
  • Support Payroll Specialist with pre-payroll process and pay reconciliation
  • Act as the key point of contact for all phone and email queries
  • Raise escalations to the Payroll Specialists/Manager as appropriate
  • Process employee records through our Payroll system (SAP)
  • Maintain payroll procedures, policies and documentation as required
  • Ensure Customer Service and attention to detail as a matter of importance

About you:

The successful candidate will be customer focused and have a high level of attention to detail. You will be looking to build your knowledge of payroll and develop your administration skills.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong administrative skills and a quick learner
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in SAP, Kronos or SuccessFactors is a desire
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team oriented and ability to support the team in changing priorities
  • A keen interest in a career in payroll, building knowledge of payroll to develop within the team
