**Administration allrounder and Payroll Officer**

**Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities and duties include (but are not limited to):

- Running of weekly payroll
- Maintaining employee records
- Weekly client invoicing
- Administrative support to senior management
- Ad-hoc projects relating to administrative processes
- Ad-hoc projects relating to operational and recruitment processes
- Ad-hoc office equipment & supplies support
- Following up payroll and invoicing queries

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in office management and administration
- Ability to communicate with others, including written, verbal and interpersonal skills, that enables you to build rapport with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- A professional attitude and keenness to learn new skills and systems
- Experience with drafting and sending correspondence over a variety of mediums
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience in using employment Hero and advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
