We are currently searching for a positive and energetic individual to join the People and Culture team at our beautiful office based in Alexandria. This is an entry level role and is a great opportunity to grow and develop your HR career. This role is part time 3 days per week (flexibility on days), and hybrid, with a mix of work based in the office and at home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all HR related queries, ensuring a high standard of service excellence and confidentiality.
- Work alongside payroll to support in employee communication, to ensure Award rates are up to date and other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all personnel data through the HRIS.
- Support in reviewing and updating Assembly Label policies and procedures.
- Support in maintaining WHS standards and compliance including coordinating training, updating policies and procedures, and reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring all visa holders details are up to date and periodically reviewing expiry dates.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support in internal communications including policy updates, people initiatives and events.
- Support in weekly and monthly People reporting on KPIs.
- Support in coordinating employee events such as training, workshops, monthly birthdays, meetings, Christmas party etc.
- Support in implementing innovative and culturally aligned initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention.
- Responsible for reviewing office and kitchen supplies on hand and ordering periodically.
- Responsible for liaising with external stakeholders such as landlords and tradespeople to resolve any issues that arise in relation to the head office building.
- Support the People and Culture Manager in any ad hoc tasks or projects as required. Responsible for self-development and career growth.
