Big Night Out Pub Crawl (Sydney) is the ultimate nightlife experience, offering locals and travelers an unforgettable journey through Sydney’s best bars and clubs. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative full time Event Planner to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver top-notch experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute weekly pub crawls, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Venue Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with local bars, clubs, and venues to secure partnerships and exclusive deals.
  • Promotion & Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract a diverse group of participants, including social media campaigns, collaborations, and promotional events.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with participants to ensure a fun and safe environment, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of energetic hosts, providing training, support, and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
  • Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven 2 years’ experience as an Event Planner or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for nightlife and entertainment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of Sydney’s nightlife scene is a plus.

Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
