About the role
As an Executive Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and clerical functions and providing high-level executive support to the Director to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards. Your responsibilities will also include:
Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including proficient calendaring, efficient inbox management, and accurate meeting minutes. Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring utmost privacy and security in all matters.
