**About us**
The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. You will join a supportive and collaborative group of staff that work on home building compensation insurance matters across insurer supervision, scheme policy and design, and insurance enforcement. **The opportunity**
The Home Building Compensation Regulation directorate is seeking an Executive Support Officer to support the Director and the team. This position will help to deliver better outcomes for scheme customers and the NSW community.
**Your responsibilities will include**
- Administrative and executive support for the Director.
- General administration support for HBC policy, supervision and enforcement teams.
- Record-keeping support for TRIM and eApprovals.
- Assisting with coordination and tracking of work across the Directorate.
- Preparation of agendas, minutes and presentation slide decks for stakeholder meetings and provision of secretariat support.
- Coordinate all team meeting agendas and minutes.
- Collation of feedback and updates to papers.
- Assistance with purchasing, procurement, and invoice processing and payments eg. accommodation and travel, Expense8 and pCard reconciliations.
- Keep up to date with budget and staff recruitment.
- Ad-hoc preparation of word documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Assistance with on and off-boarding.
