**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and administrative support to our workshop and field service teams. Your efforts will ensure a smooth process in production & high level of customer service.

Working directly for the site Operations Manager you will be performing a diverse range of functions including general administration, processing orders, compiling quotations, scheduling jobs, procurement, coordinating inventory, invoicing, document control, reporting & liaising with customers.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a passion for learning in a fast paced environment.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Your willingness to gets hands on in a manufacturing/repairs environment will be complemented by the following:

- Safety as a core value
- Well-developed customer service and business communication skills
- Advanced administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Experience in manufacturing operation/workshop environment
- Expertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP - data entry, report generation and analysis
- Demonstrated experience with invoicing, job costing and job closure - advantageous
