Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity to support senior stakeholders? Our client is currently looking for a dynamic, immediately available Executive Assistant to join them on a 3-month contract.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
  • Other various ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements/Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high level administrative position.
  • Immediately available.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
